This project involved a full renovation of an existing 6,350 gross sq. ft. single-family residence in Georgetown, delivered with Silvercreek acting as general contractor. The work included selective demolition and rebuilding, followed by comprehensive upgrades to the home’s interior and exterior finishes. Scope included windows and doors, interior glazing, engineered hardwood flooring, staircases and handrails, and custom millwork, including built-in closet systems, along with kitchen and bathroom millwork, high-end interior finishes, and exterior architectural elements. The project was delivered through careful coordination and sequencing from demolition through completion.
