The Carvalho is a residential development located on College Street in Toronto. Silvercreek was engaged as a specialty trade contractor, providing the supply and installation of interior and exterior architectural finishes throughout the building. Interior scope included LVP flooring, doors and frames, interior glazing, millwork and vanities, countertops and sinks, backsplash tile, vanity mirrors, WC accessories, and associated finish elements within residential units.

Exterior and terrace work included installation of tile pedestal systems, 2cm patio tiles, aluminum pergolas, and patio furnishings. All work was completed in coordination with the project’s construction team to meet design standards, sequencing requirements, and overall project delivery timelines.
