This project forms part of a mixed-use restaurant and hotel development located at 197 King Street East in Toronto, comprising approximately 19,815 sq. ft. of gross floor area. Silvercreek was engaged as a specialty trade contractor, providing the supply and installation of architectural glazing and exterior window systems, interior flooring, and exterior paver finishes. The work was completed in coordination with the project’s construction team and sequencing requirements within an active urban construction environment.
