This project involved specialty trade work for a private residential villa and separate guest house in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Silvercreek was engaged to supply and install a range of interior and exterior architectural finishes, including glazing systems and openings, interior and exterior tile flooring, custom millwork and vanities, countertops, and built-in storage elements. Additional scope included installation of lighting and plumbing fixtures, ceiling fans, exterior decking and pergola systems, aluminum roofing components, and select exterior elements such as planters, furnishings, and signage. All work was completed in coordination with the project team to meet design requirements and sequencing within a high-end residential environment.
